Franklin Boot Camp
is designed with one purpose in mind: To help you reach your ultimate level of total body WELLNESS. Our philosophy is that fitness can be made fun at any level!!

Our indoor/outdoor 5-week program offers world-class fitness instruction that is suitable for all fitness levels. You do not need to be in shape to join. If you live in or around Franklin or Brentwood, TN and want to get in shape, drop those extra pounds, build muscle, and actually have fun doing it, then Franklin Boot Camp is for you! At only $15 a session it is the most affordable solution to world class weight-loss!

NOTE: DURING THE WINTER THE PROGRAM IS HELD ON A COMFORTABLE INDOOR FIELD, Though we may take brief excursions
outside!

We want you to get in the best shape of your life so this program is designed for people who are serious about getting fit. Through positive reinforcement, safe, effective and fun exercises…we believe the limits are endless. No one is ever left behind or asked to perform anything they physically are not ready to do. All ages and abilities (male or female) are welcome. You set the pace by selecting your resistance and level of intensity, as our supervised workouts are self-paced. You only get out of it what you put in.

What to expect:

  • Classes are 5-weeks (1 hour per class).
  • All ages and abilities (male or female) are welcome to participate.
  • Our participants execute a variety of strength training, aerobic exercises, muscle toning, agility drills, and even some fun games for an overall total body workout.
  • Resistance training, calisthenics, yoga, circuit training, partner resistance exercises and various cardio exercises to include obstacle course, stairs and running are always incorporated.
  • All participants are expected to arrive on time. We start promptly and end promptly. No exceptions or delays will be made for latecomers.
